It is surrounded by two hectares of olive trees and fruit trees and can also be used for exclusive use only. 

Ground floor: country-style living room with fire place, kitchen with fire-flace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a winding staircase joining the ground floor to the first floor. 

First floor:one has access to it not only form the inside but from the outside too.

It is composed by a living room, and bathroom with bathtub.
