In the centre of town, the Dal Moro Gallery Restaurant Café looks onto the beautiful Basilica degli Angeli and its imposing dome.
Completely renovated, the elegant, refined, impeccably finished restaurant has a variety of small dining rooms on different levels, as well as an atmospheric terrace restaurant.
The kitchen is run by the courageous chef Moreno Ciarlariello , whose flair for combining sweet, savoury, spicy and bitter tastes has earned him a clientele of the highest level.
The wine cellar, run directly by sommelier Francesco Marchetti, is well stocked with over 150 labels that include some of the finest Italian wines. Marchetti is an expert in his field and particularly talented at combining aromas.
The Dal Moro Gallery Restaurant Café is an expression of all the pleasures concerned with fine wining and dining. The cuisine here is made all the more precious by an imaginative selection of seasonings made using the finest ingredients.
And to finish an excellent meal in style there is an excellent selection of grappa that can be savoured with top quality cigars.

Whilst remaining firmly rooted in Umbrian tradition, the cuisine at the Dal Moro Gallery Restaurant Café aims to awaken new sensations through the use of a variety of refined tastes that combine to create a new style of cooking and an improved quality of life. Our cuisine has been looking to the future since 1890. Today our kitchen functions as a laboratory for research, culinary experimentation, for an ever-improved balance of tastes.

The wine cellar is run with passion and enthusiasm by sommelier Francesco Marchetti and presents a special selection of over 100 local, Umbrian, national and international wines. The more prestigious labels can be enjoyed while tasting exquisite chocolates or smoking first class Italian, Dutch, Danish and Cuban cigars.
The wine cellar is also stocked with a quality selection of grappa, as well as extra-virgin olive oils from the finest oil mills in Umbria.
