Walking along Via S. Rufino, the antique and quiet road a few paths away from Piazza del Comune, one meets the arcade above which is built the Hotel Pallotta.
Each room of the hotel has a bathroom with shower, telephone television and autonomous heating which can be regulated through the thermostat located close to the entrance.
Maximum care dedicated to the hygiene.
The absence of moquette or carpets allows us to censure a perfect cleaning of all the floors; moreover, the bathroom, thanks to its structure, is completely cleaned and disinfected every day.
Change of the bed linen every two days.
At the disposal of the guests there are two televisions in the common rooms.
They are located on the first floor, where there is also the bar, and on the third floor, where there is the Belvedere.

We recommend a visit to this last small room, because as it is a small tower, it gives the possibility to admire a panorama ranging all over the Umbrian Valley and the Subasio Mount.
