Le Colombe prides itself on its restaurant, which is run by the chef Massimiliano.

The cuisine is a refined contemporary interpretation of the traditional cooking of this area, which relies strongly on seasonal produce and prime quality ingredients.

Guests are free to choose from a broad range of dishes, from traditional umbrian cooking to personalised and revised reinterpretations.

In spring and summer the weather conditions usually permit open air dining in the evenings, on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace or around the pool.

The restaurant is able to cater for a broad range of needs, from banquets to more intimate dinners, corporate events and tasting menus.
