The San Lorenzo apartment situated in the upper part of the city of Assisi, in front of the Cathedral of San Rufino, built in the middle Age on a sacred Roman area and rebuilt around the year 1200 when it was consecrated by Pope Innocenzo IV. On the other side of the square there is the Agostini Palace (17th Century), now named Minciotti. The Palace is still as it was in the past: in the common entrance you find beautiful stone vaults.

This apartment is situated a few kilometers from the historical center of Assisi: it has a great view and it is steeped in a quiet atmosphere, among green Umbrian valleys; this is why the old generations called this place Paradise. 

Going up the ancient stairs you reach the third floor where there are 2 apartment: if you enter the one on the left you find a large passage which allows to visit the whole apartment. The first door on the left leads to the double bedroom with queen size bed where you can enjoy the evocative view of the Rocca Maggiore. Continuing on the left you find a second bedroom with twin bed sand the same beautiful view. On the right there is a bathroom with shower and to the left a large kitchen with view. In the end you are in the most exclusive room in the whole Palace: a large old style room made of stone with a beautiful table for dinners to remember and 2 comfortable coaches. This apartment has also direct access to a garden which belongs to the same Palace. Every thing in this apartment is refined and elegant.
