Apartment situated in front of San Rufino’s square, where 3 very important street meet: via Porta Perlici on the right side of the Palace , Via Santa Maria delle Rose in front of the Palace and via Del Torrione with the so-called Arch of the Wind ( in winter there are handles you can cling to because sometimes the wind Tramontana blows strongly). The apartment situated on the third floor of the Place dating back to the 17th century is among the most beautiful apartment in Assisi. It has been completly restored with excellent finishes and is warm and confortable.

From the outside the Palace has a facade completely made of stone; inside, in the hall, you find a vault ceiling, big ancient stairs and some corners of the palace which are still made of stones. Once you have entered the apartment, you find the big “yellow” living-room with coaches, book-cases and a round table next to the window, where you can enjoy a great view. On the left there is an equipped kitchen and first bathroom: if you trough the living-room vertically you reach the night area with one duble bedroom, a bathroom and a triple bedroom; if you go through the living-room horizontally you find a small duble bedroom. 

What is really great in this apartment is the view you can enjoy from every room, from the kitchen and the living-room. From the living-room, near the table, you can admire the surrounding valley, all the bedrooms have a view on the square with the cathedral of San Rufino; from kichen you can observe the imposing Rocca Maggiore.
