The charming little church of Rocca Sant’Angelo, just 3 kilometres from Le Colombe, can be booked for the religious service by contacting the local priest.

This little church, adjacent to the Convent of Santa Maria in Arce, is just outside the ancient castle walls. Its decoration has survived virtually intact and consists prevalently of votive fresco work that dates from between the 14th and 15th century – starting with the Maestro di Figline(1315) and ending with Bartolomeo Caporali (1315) and Giovanni Spagna (1470).

Both the interior of the building, along with the stunning surrounding countryside, are ideal locations for wedding photos and the perfect backdrop to your most special day.



Le Colombe prides itself on its restaurant, which is run by the chef Massimiliano. The cuisine is a refined contemporary interpretation of the traditional cooking of this area, which relies strongly on seasonal produce and prime quality ingredients.

Guests are free to choose from a broad range of dishes, from traditional cooking to personalised and revised reinterpretations. In spring and summer the weather conditions usually permit open air dining in the evenings, on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace or around the pool.

The restaurant is able to cater for a broad range of needs, from banquets to more intimate dinners, corporate events and tasting menus.
